Shipping and Logistics Officer

Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end shipping, clearing, and forwarding operations. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients. Prepare, manage, and maintain shipping and customs documentation. Handle FORM M, PAAR, and related import/export documentation. Liaise effectively with clients, customs agents, transporters, terminals, and vendors. Support cargo assessment processes, including B’Odogwu assessments where applicable. Requirements: Proven work experience in shipping, clearing, and forwarding. Practical knowledge of FORM M, PAAR, and customs documentation processes. Sound understanding or hands-on experience with B’Odogwu assessment procedures. Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills. High level of computer literacy (MS Office and relevant logistics systems). Smart, presentable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
