About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, and other desserts. Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes. Decorate cakes and desserts neatly and creatively. Ensure all baked products meet quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking area. Manage baking schedules to ensure timely production. Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform management when supplies are low. Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times. Assist with menu development and new product ideas when needed. Requirements: Minimum S.S.C.E 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
