Responsibilities: Attend to clients professionally Handle inquiries via phone and in person Maintain client records and follow up on leads Support sales and prepare quotations and presentations Create basic content and support marketing campaigns Gather client feedback and report insights Requirements: HND/B.Sc. required. Strong communication, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.
