Client Support Representative

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests. Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients. Assist with policy documentation, renewals, and endorsements. Support clients through the claims process and follow up with insurers. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Work closely with the sales, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Support internal teams with client-related documentation. Requirements: Minimum BSc. 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
