About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms. Confirm and verify customer orders with accuracy and professionalism. Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after delivery. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Record customer interactions and feedback, and report recurring issues to management. Support sales efforts by upselling or cross-selling related products when appropriate. Requirements: Minimum of HND certificate. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, eCommerce, retail, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (clear speaking voice and confidence).
