About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Receive and attend to incoming customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner. Send weekly product broadcasts and updates to customers. Ensure clear, high-quality pictures of products are taken and posted in customer groups or communication channels. Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify management of any shortages. Receive cash payments and accurately record transactions. Confirm and verify customer bank transfers before processing orders. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and transactions. Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
