About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients with event bookings, service information, and pricing details. Coordinate with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. Maintain accurate customer records, bookings, and service requests. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction. Maintain high service standards consistent with the hospitality industry. Requirements: 2 years of experience in customer service within the event planning or hospitality industry. Must be computer literate. Must be excel proficient.
