Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-ups Maintain organized digital and physical project files Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders Handle office operations, vendor relations, and supplies management Assist in organizing reports, proposals, invoices, and project dockets Support internal team communications and occasional event planning Track project timelines, deliverables, and document compliance Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and operational efficiency at all times Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field (preferred) 2–3 years’ experience in executive support, admin, or office management roles Strong Microsoft Office & Google Workspace skills Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills...
