Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of meals, snacks, and café items according to company standards. Ensure all meals are prepared with high-quality, taste, and presentation. Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Assist in the preparation of pastries, salads, smoothies, juices, healthy meals, and other café products when required. Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of ingredients and food items. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment. Monitor food portions and minimize food wastage. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow management instructions and kitchen production schedules.
