About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Handle guest billing, payments, and receipts for all Food & Beverage transactions. Accurately record sales, cash, and POS activities in line with hotel accounting standards. Provide excellent customer service and resolve billing inquiries professionally. Collaborate with restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless operations. Reconcile cash drawers and prepare daily financial reports. Uphold the hotel’s values of honesty, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. Support other departments when required with flexibility and teamwork. Requirements: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent (additional training in accounting or hospitality is a plus). 2+ years’ experience as a cashier in a hotel or reputable restaurant. Proficient in POS systems and basic accounting tools. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Integrity, composure, and a professional demeanor under pressure.
