Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office. Assist with basic HR functions such as recruitment coordination, documentation, and staff records management. Prepare reports, letters, and other official documents as required. Maintain and update records and documentation. Manage correspondence, calls, and internal communications professionally. Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments. Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events. Monitor office supplies and ensure proper inventory management. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field. 0–1 year of experience in an administrative or HR role.
