Programs Associate

Responsibilities: Work closely with the Programs Supervisor and cross-functional teams to ensure activities run smoothly, timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged, and programme data is accurately tracked and reported. Beyond execution, you will also contribute to improving internal processes, strengthening reporting quality, and supporting proposal development for new initiatives. Requirements: Experience in development projects, training programmes, youth employment initiatives, or entrepreneurship ecosystems.
