Sales Assistant

Responsibilities: Opening and closing the store daily. Welcoming customers into the store and assisting them with making a purchase. Boosting sales through upselling. Booking Ubers & dispatch on apps to send out orders for delivery. Answering customer calls, messages, and enquiries about our products, services or already processed orders. Watering, cleaning & arranging the plants neatly to keep them alive & keep the store looking attractive. Daily bookkeeping of payments made and expenses. Taking pictures and videos of store products for customers & social media. Participating in content creation when necessary. Suggesting sales ideas and assisting with any other task when necessary. Requirements: Prior experience in horticulture is not required, as the ideal candidate will be fully trained. Minimum academic qualification of OND.
