About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Prepare dough, batters, and other bakery items according to the menu Bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other goods following standard recipes Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and preparation areas Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages Create new baked items or seasonal specials when required Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Requirements: Minimum qualification is SSCE 1 year of experience Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients Ability to follow recipes accurately Good attention to detail and time management Understanding of food safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Remuneration: NGN 70,000
