Logistics Operations Officer

Responsibilities: Manage Daily Delivery Operations - Coordinate, assign, and monitor all dispatch activities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Supervise Riders - Oversee rider performance, ensure compliance with operational standards, and handle daily communication. Coordinate Order Fulfillment - Ensure accurate order processing, packaging, dispatch, and proper handling of returns. Track Deliveries & Resolve Issues - Monitor delivery progress in real time and quickly resolve delays, failed deliveries, or operational challenges. Handle Customer & Client Communication - Respond to delivery-related inquiries, provide updates, and maintain a professional service experience. Report & Improve Operations - Track key metrics, prepare reports, and identify areas for operational improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience Minimum of a Diploma
