Responsibilities: Source and qualify B2B leads independently Convert prospects into paying, recurring clients Execute end-to-end sales cycles (outreach → close) Build and maintain strong business relationships Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Requirements: 1–3 years B2B sales experience in fintech or tech platforms Proven lead generation and deal-closing ability Strong communication and negotiation skills Lagos-based (Ikeja preferred) Comfortable with hybrid and field sales execution
