About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Take and process cake orders accurately, including custom designs and special requests. Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and delivery options. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate with the baking and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and timeliness. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in customer service representative in a cake company is an added advantage. Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in any field Location : Gbagada Remuneration : NGN 120,000-150,000
