Responsibilities: Handle incoming online orders from the website and the delivery platform. Communicate professionally with customers. Provide order updates and respond promptly to inquiries. Confirm orders and monitor delivery progress. Follow up with customers to ensure successful delivery. Work closely with kitchen and dispatch teams to avoid delays.
