Graduate Manager

Responsibilities: Supervise daily production and factory operations. Coordinate staff schedules, duties, and performance. Manage raw materials, supplies, and inventory (cement, sand, water, moulds, etc.). Monitor production output and ensure quality control standards are met. Perform calculations for material usage, production planning, and costing. Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company policies. Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Liaise with management to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products. Requirements: Male candidate, aged between 30 and 35 years. Graduate in any relevant discipline.
