Responsibilities: Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent service Drive sales and upsell products Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Ensure proper display and presentation of products Support daily outlet operations and maintain cleanliness standards Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND) Must have completed NYSC or be exempted Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven with a passion for customer satisfaction Smart, presentable, and proactive Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
