Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper functioning. Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to minimize breakdowns and extend their operational lifespan. Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and minor structural issues within guest rooms, public areas, and service areas. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments to minimize disruptions to operations and guest experience.
