About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner (continental and Nigerian dishes). Manage ingredients, place orders, and control food costs. Maintain kitchen hygiene, clean work areas, and ensure equipment is in good order. Adapt menus to preferences and dietary needs; serve meals punctually. Keep pantry/fridge organized and minimize waste. Live on-site and be available for agreed meal schedules. Requirements: Male, 25–35 years. proven relevant experience. Remuneration: NGN 100,000
