IT Officer

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Monitor and manage network systems, servers, and IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Ensure data security, backups, and system integrity. Provide technical support and training to staff. Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions. Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices. Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 2–4 years of IT support experience. Knowledge of networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Familiarity with operating systems and enterprise software.
