About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases. Present and explain products or services clearly to potential clients. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Handle objections professionally and convert leads into qualified prospects or sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems. Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication standards at all times.
