Responsibilities: Analyse soil composition and recommend fertiliser programmes. Develop crop calendars and production strategies. Monitor crop health and recommend pest and disease control measures. Supervise planting, irrigation, and harvesting activities. Conduct field trials to improve productivity. Maintain agronomic records and prepare farm reports. Provide technical guidance to farm staff. Ensure sustainable and environmentally responsible farming practices. Support continuous improvement of farm processes.
