Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via calls and all social media platforms. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions. Process and follow up on orders to ensure smooth delivery. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide accurate information about skincare products and services. Work closely with the sales and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. Good knowledge of skincare products is an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
