Responsibilities: Digital Sales & Customer Engagement: Respond to customer enquiries via website, WhatsApp, and social media DMs. Qualify leads, recommend suitable products, and follow up on quotations. Close sales, guide customers through payment, and schedule in-store visits or demos when required Shopify Store & Content Management: Upload and update products on Shopify, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, and specifications. Manage product images, videos, and assign items to correct categories/collections. Optimize SEO fields on product pages (titles, meta descriptions, URLs).
