Embroidery Machine Operator & Digitiser

Responsibilities: Digitising: Convert logos into EMB/.DST files manually. Operation: Run single/multi-head industrial machines for caps, agbada, and tees. Maintenance: Perform daily oiling and minor troubleshooting (tension, needles, rotary hooks). Consultation: Advise clients on design sizing and stitch counts. Requirements: Proficiency in Wilcom or Pe-Design software Experience with industrial machines (Ricoma, Tajima, Feiya). Ability to hoop difficult fabrics (Velvet, Leather, silk, polyester) without puckering.
