Responsibilities: Providing insurance services to the public Building and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring clients' financial goals are met through accurate need assessments Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (insurance, banking, real estate, telecoms, or FMCG preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to work under pressure in a competitive market. Must be based in Lagos. Proficiency in Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management and a client-focused mindset Knowledge of Insurance Products and Financial Services Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are an added advantage
