Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out procedures in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Handle room reservations, cancellations, and room assignments while ensuring accurate booking records. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly while providing accurate information about the hotel’s services and facilities. Maintain accurate guest records and update the property management or booking system with relevant information. Process guest payments, prepare invoices, and issue receipts in accordance with hotel procedures.
