Responsibilities: Create precise paper patterns for every design (Geometry over guesswork) Teach Assistant Tailors the specific "brand" seam and finishing techniques. Be the only person authorised to use the cutting machines to minimise waste. Ensure Zero Waste cutting layouts. Requirements: Must pass the "Pattern Test": You must demonstrate the ability to draft a pattern on paper before cutting fabric. Proficiency in cutting complex garments (Suits, Agbada, and Structured/Stretchy Hoodies) in an advantage.
