About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Promote the bank’s products and services to meet customer financial needs. Identify and acquire new clients to grow the customer base. Provide professional advice on financial products, including savings, loans, investments, and digital banking solutions. Follow up on customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly. Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit periodic performance and activity reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years’ experience in banking, sales, or customer relationship management (an added advantage).
