About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Source and convert leads through calls, social media, fieldwork, and referrals. Present property offerings to clients and conduct site inspections. Follow up with prospects consistently and update CRM/sales records. Handle client inquiries, negotiate prices, and close sales. Prepare sales reports and meet monthly sales targets. Represent the company professionally during marketing campaigns and property tours. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Requirements: HND/B.Sc. in any field. 2+ years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Confidence in marketing and the ability to meet targets. Must be active on social media (advantage). Benefit: 10% Commission on each closed deal.
