About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services and persuade them to make a purchase Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Script Utilisation: Use provided scripts to guide conversations while also being able to adapt to customer responses and needs. Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback to improve future sales strategies. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets set by management. Requirements: Minimum of a degree Excellent communication skills
