About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations and handle parent enquiries professionally. Provide administrative support to the school team. Maintain records, schedules, and communication systems. Assist with school events, parent engagement, and marketing activities. Capture photos/videos of school activities and create engaging content. Support social media updates and basic content editing. Requirements: Prior teaching experience, preferably in early years education (Is an advantage). Extroverted personality / 2-5 years experience in an admin/secretarial role. A genuine passion for working with children. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent administrative and organizational abilities. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, basic digital tools). Ability to take quality photos/videos and edit content (a big plus). Friendly, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
