A minimum of 1 year in sales, marketing and customer acquisition. Strong communicator Motivated by performance rewards Comfortable with targets & accountability Confident speaking with business owners Comfortable with daily field sales Self-driven and disciplined Daily Sales Expectation: 10 business engagements per day 50 business engagements per week Growth Opportunities: High-performing agents in our 3-month performance period will be considered for higher commission rates as you scale your portfolio, team leadership opportunities as the sales team grows and expanded responsibilities and senior sales roles Assigned Territories: Lagos Island Lagos Mainland
