Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, attendees, and partners before, during, and after events. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a professional and timely manner. Assist with event registration, ticketing, and attendee coordination. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image. Provide accurate information about event schedules, venues, and services. Gather feedback from attendees to improve future events. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
