About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Assist the Customer Service Representative in responding to customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email). Help manage and process customer orders accurately. Provide basic information about cake options, prices, and delivery timelines. Follow up with customers on orders and confirmations. Maintain proper records of orders and customer interactions. Ensure timely updates are communicated to customers. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a cake company is an added advantage. Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of OND degree in any field Location: Gbagada. Remuneration: NGN 80,000
