Factory Assistant

Responsibilities: Assist carpenters and machine operators with furniture production tasks. Prepare and move raw materials such as wood, boards, fittings, and tools within the factory. Support cutting, sanding, assembling, and finishing furniture components when required. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the factory floor, tools, and workstations. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or waste. Follow factory safety procedures and use protective equipment when required. Assist in packaging and preparing finished furniture products for delivery. Report equipment faults, material shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors. Requirements: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a factory, workshop, or furniture production environment. Basic understanding of woodworking tools and machinery.
