Responsibilities: Support teams with projects, research, and tasks. Learn company policies, processes, and culture. Develop professional skills (communication, problem-solving, etc.). Contribute to team goals and initiatives. Shadow senior colleagues, get mentorship. May rotate through departments to get exposure. Requirements: Minimum OND. No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role. Good communication. Analytical thinking. Team player and adaptability.
