About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for store-level roles, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer management. Manage onboarding activities, offer letters, pre-employment checks, and new hire orientation. Maintain talent pipelines and databases across all stores. Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers to meet staffing needs within agreed timelines. Employee Relations & HR Administration: Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries relating to policies, contracts, and entitlements. Support store managers in handling first-line disciplinary, grievance, and performance management matters. Prepare and process employment-related documentation, including contracts, warnings, and letters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
