Associate lawyer

Responsibilities: Preparing the appropriate legal documents. Evaluate new business partnerships. Represent the company in legal proceedings. Providing legal advice. Conduct thorough research on legal precedents. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in law. Litigation experience will be a plus. Minimum of 2 years post-call. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Highly analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong research skills and attention to detail.
