About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Greet and attend to customers in a warm and professional manner Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system Ensure timely service delivery and follow up on customer requests Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in line with company policy Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service Uphold the brand’s customer service standards at all times Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience Minimum of a BSc.
