About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Clean, season, and prepare fish for grilling Grill fish and other seafood using appropriate methods and equipment Ensure food is properly cooked and presented attractively Maintain the cleanliness of the grilling area and equipment Monitor food quality and freshness at all times Manage portion sizes and minimize waste Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Assist with basic kitchen duties when required Handle customer orders efficiently and promptly Maintain stock of ingredients and report shortages Requirements: Minimum of SSCE qualification Experience in grilling fish or similar food preparation is an advantage Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and taste quality Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Good teamwork and communication skills
