Legal & Compliance Officer

Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including NDAs, Service Level Agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). Provide legal advisory support to business teams by identifying and mitigating risks in contracts and proposed commercial arrangements. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, policies, and playbooks to ensure consistency and efficiency. Support data protection initiatives, including conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and ensuring compliance with applicable privacy regulations. Assist with corporate governance matters, including preparing board resolutions, powers of attorney, and maintaining statutory registers. Manage external legal counsel where required and monitor legal costs to ensure effective budget control.
