About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Maintain proper documentation and filing systems. Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events. Support HR and finance with basic administrative tasks. Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized. Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in an administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualification: Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Time management and prioritization skills. Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
