Business Development Officer

Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new clients requiring crane rentals or purchases for infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects. Conduct site visits to understand client requirements, provide technical consultations, and recommend the right crane for the job. Prepare competitive proposals, negotiate rental rates and sales prices, and close agreements that maximize profitability. Build long term relationships with construction managers, general contractors, and engineering firms to secure repeat business and long-term contracts. Monitor competitor activities and market pricing trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, mobilizations, on-site safety, and pick up equipment.
