Cost Accountant

Responsibilities: Analyze production and operational costs to determine cost efficiency Prepare cost reports, budgets, and financial forecasts Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness Conduct cost-benefit analysis for projects and operations Track inventory costs and perform variance analysis Support pricing strategies by providing cost data Assist in financial planning and decision-making Maintain accurate cost accounting records and systems Work with other departments to improve cost control processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage Proven experience in cost accounting in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and techniques Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good communication and organizational skills
