Dispatch Rider

Responsibilities: Deliver documents, packages, and items to clients or locations promptly Plan efficient routes to meet delivery timelines Receive and verify items for dispatch before delivery Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts Ensure the motorcycle is in good working condition Follow traffic laws and safety regulations at all times Handle deliveries with care to avoid damage or loss Report any delays, accidents, or issues encountered during delivery Obtain signatures or proof of delivery where required Requirements: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification Valid rider’s permit/license Proven experience as a dispatch rider Good knowledge of road networks and navigation Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong sense of responsibility and reliability Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge Good communication skills
