Responsibilities: Dispense medications accurately in line with prescriptions and clinical guidelines Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and potential interactions Provide medication counseling to patients on proper use and side effects Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff Maintain proper drug storage, inventory control, and stock levels Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies Keep accurate records of dispensed medications and controlled substances Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals on patient care Monitor patient therapy and report adverse drug reactions Enforce standard operating procedures within the pharmacy unit Requirements: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) Valid practicing license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) Minimum of 2 years relevant hospital or clinical experience Strong knowledge of pharmacology and drug interactions Good leadership and supervisory...
